At that time, smoke it for 10 minutes and remove it when the meat starts to come off the bones. I like to use apple chips for smoking, but I use whatever I prefer for smoking. Put them in the charcoal grill to medium heat of your choice. Then after 24 to 48 hours, remove and wash off the slime. But cool the water after mixing the ingredients. For best results, use lukewarm water, which makes it easy to mix the ingredients equally. I leave the fish to soak for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
